PERFORMING RIGHTS ORGANIZATION

All our music is registered to a Performing Right Organization (P.R.O.), which means we as music authors are entitled to receive some royalties for the public performance of our music. This generally won’t affect you as a costumer, as broadcasters (TV channels, radio stations) have already paid a blanket license to public perform any music registered to a P.R.O.
Long story short, if you are planning to use this musical work on a TV advertising campaign project, the blanket license has been paid by the TV station already, so you don’t have to worry.
If this is the case you might be asked to fill a cue sheet. Read your license certificate to find the relevant information you may need to fill the cue sheet.

CONTEND ID, YOUTUBE AND MONETIZATION

Our music works ARE NOT registered on a content id program like AdRev or similar, so if you have purchased a license for one of our music works to use in a video for YouTube, Facebook, etc, you can monetize your video and you won’t get any copyright claim from us!

With that being said, we do protect the copyright and rights of our works by registering them on Safe Creative (copyright register) and PRS for Music (performing rights organization).
